This project is located within the Logan City Council and involves the production on an OPW approval for the construct of the required services to enable the allotments to be delivered to a market.

SCG Urban’s role is to provide the necessary management services from construction approval to delivery of the lots.  This includes the overviews of the approvals, tender process, construct management, site inspections and plan sealy process.  Although only a small project the processes involve all element of the necessary negotiations with Councils and Contractors to deliver the works
