Contract and Construction Administration Project Management and Coordination Urban Engineering and Design

SCG Urban has been engaged to provide the Project Management and Urban Engineering services to deliver the initial portion of urban the initial portion of urban zoned land creating around 50 residential allotments.  The site is located within the Scenic Rim Regional Council and will look to provide 600-800m2 conventional residential lots adjacent to the existing Outlook and Scenic Rim development.

The project has access to all services and direct connections to Mt Lindsey Highway.  SCG Urbans involvement on the project has seen the production of the feasibility and purchase with our engagement requiring us to provide lots to the market.
