Engineering Design Services

Working closely with Sentinel Property Group, over the past 10 years, we have been engaged to provide Engineering Design services the proposed commercial development. The proposed development of the existing Fisher Paykel site into 6 large commercial allotments will look to maintain the existing buildings on site.

The project is in the early development phase and we have been working with the client for over 12 months, to address the complex Engineering matters including stormwater, earthworks & essential services for the site to achieve the network connections required.

The development will eventually see a range of Medical and other related Commercial uses, working with the Hospital across Weippin Street.
