Project Management and Coordination
SCG Urban has been involved in the project since inception, working closely with the client to find a practical solution on a tight site to achieve the project objectives and Council approval.
We were engaged to provide Project Management and Civil Engineering Services for the new Zuccoli Childcare Centre.
The site required rezoning and working closely with Council & NT Government departments, which resulted in a quick turnaround of childcare approvals.
The project achieved building approval through a Private Certification process with the construction through a D&C contract with the builder. This enabled the project to achieve the budget objectivities and the tight delivery programme for completion in mid-2022.
SCG Urban has been excited to be involved in the project from its inception and look forward to the anticipated opening in early June 2022.
