SCG Urban were engaged by Ritz Developments to provide the Project Management and Urban Engineering services to deliver the proposed 90 lots subdivision from the early acquisition phase through to construction of the works.

The site is located within the City of Logan and will look to provide allotments ranging in size from 300m2 to 700m2. The project is in the expanding Holmview area with a number of key development projects in the vicinity including Frasers – Brookhaven Estate and Stockland’s – Vale.

The project is bounded by Wuraga, Teys and Tallagandra Roads and as such is very constrained as the LCC has a number of upgrades planned for the surrounding roads.
