Construction Management Services Engineering Design Project Management
SCG Urban were initially engaged by the landowner to provide Engineering Design services only to enable the Construction Certificate (CC) from Clarence Valley Council.
Upon receiving the Constriction Certificate, we were then engaged by the client to undertake Construction & Project Management services for the delivery of the works onsite.
The rural residential subdivision was made challenging due to the regional creek system and required extensive stormwater modelling.
This design of the culvert crossing had to address not only the flows but the overtopping events, compliance to the relevant standards for safety and flood immunity.
