Project Management and Coordination Urban Engineering and Design
SCG Urban were bought into provide the Project Management and Engineering Design Services for the associated Development Application for the project.
Through extensive discussions with the Consultant team SCG Urban are looking to yield 45 residential dwellings through a mixture of freehold lots and a potential body corporate site.
Although within the Emerging Community zone extensive overlays on the site has significantly limited the developable land area. In addition, the site topography is challenging and hence the layout has had to consider all the constraints.
Working closely with the client and a select team of consultants each of the constraints has been considered to produce a layout that is sympathetic to the land form and vegetation on site while ensuring the lots can be accessed and serviced in accordance with the City of Gold Coast’s requirements.
