SCG Urban were engaged by Peet Limited to provide the Project Management Services associated with the delivery of The Riverbank Estate bridge crossing and Infrastructure Agreement with Moreton Bay Regional Council (MDRC).

Working closely with PEET, MBRC, and the Contractor, we were responsible for the monitoring of works on site against the Infrastructure agreement. The bridge contract was delivered over an 18-month period. Coordination and facilitation of claims for all works including regular site inspections and meetings with MBRC ensured all budgeted works were monitored and delivered on time.
