SCG have been engaged to undertake Urban Engineering Design and Contract Management services for the Ripley View projects being a large residential subdivision located within the rapidly growing urban corridor of the Ripley PDA in South East Queensland.
The overall site will ultimately produce around 500 allotments and forms part of a broader master planned growth area delivering new housing to support the long-term expansion of the Ipswich region.
The development comprises residential allotments supported by central open space corridor, road networks, drainage and the necessary infrastructure servicing, designed to meet Council and EDQ standards to create a connected, liveable community. SCG Urban is working collaboratively with the client, EDQ and Ipswich City Council to progress development approvals including the detailed design and staged delivery, ensuring infrastructure outcomes aligned with planning requirements and future growth objectives.
Ripley View contributes to the ongoing transformation of the Ripley PDA, providing essential residential supply within one of South East Queensland’s key growth corridors.
