SCG Urban have worked on the project since the initial planning phase to finally see the project objectives achieved including all Council approvals.

We were engaged to provide Project Management and Engineering Design Services.  Although located in a prime location the site had challenges, with respect to flooding and road widenings for Bahrs Scrub Road. Working closely with LLC we were able to achieve a balance between the loss of land for resumptions and maintaining access to the site.

We are delighted to have achieved the Development and Building Approval for the proposed Childcare facility located in the Bahrs Scrub area.  The complex will provide positions for up to 130 children in the area.  The centre is located close to existing schools, the Beenleigh Town Centre and has excellent access to the new surrounding residential developments within the Bahrs Scrub Structure Plan precinct.
