SCG Urban has been engaged by Sentinel Property Group to provide the Civil Engineering Design for the proposed 300+ car parking facility to meet the short-term demand of The Redland Bay Hospital whilst a permanent parking facility is being constructed.

We worked closely with Council and the client to address the site constraints. Needing a development approval to address clearing, earthworks and stormwater matters.

The proposed carpark looked to provide access through the existing site driveway and be graded to maintain the existing parking requirements while ensuring the stormwater treatment from the new hardstand area. The project achieved development approval in early 2021.
