Managing the initial Engineering Design for the Development Application phase associated for the proposed 1000 lot sub development of approximately 125 hectares located in Ipswich. Currently zoned as future urban, this development is centrally located within the high-growth Western Corridor with excellent access to the Warrego Highway and Brisbane Valley Highway.
Worked closely with Ipswich City Council to ensure that the engineering design constraints are addressed during the early development application phase of the project.
Significant strategic planning will see this development overcome challenges including the proposed temporary onsite sewerage treatment plant and estimated 5.8km of trunk water infrastructure to service the site.
