SCG Urban has been engaged by Sanctuary Living & Mosaic Consultants to provide Civil Engineering Services at Whitsunday Green, a 250ha green field site located at Cannon Valley near Airlie Beach, North Queensland.
The 2300 lot resort-style residential project will include a range of amenities including an 18 hole Golf Course, Resort, Village Centre and Retail & Commercial precincts. It will be eveloped over the next 15 to 20 years.
The project is the largest master planned community in the Region and will eventually provide housing for around 10,000 new residents in the Whitsundays. SCG Urban have initially prepared updated Engineering master plans including the Sewer, Water and Road Link connection from Shute Harbour Road to Riordanvale Road. In addition we are working on the Design to produce the first 250 residential allotments for the proposed Poppy Hills precinct.
Our team continues to provide expert skills to the region, along with a long-term understanding of the site’s unique constraints and opportunities. We have a strong relationship with the Whitsunday Regional Council, hence are in a strong position to deliver the necessary solutions and project objectives.
