SCG Urban have been engaged by RDO Group through BND Australia Pty Ltd to provide the Civil Engineering services to deliver a proposed machine storage yard at Richlands.

Provided with the MCU approved for on site, the team were initially tasked with obtaining the operational works (OPW) approval through Brisbane City Council (BCC).

Through discussion with BCC a modification SMP and grading plan was submitted for OPW and within a month we had approval including the modified earthwork stormwater system. This provided improved stormwater quality objectives with significant cost savings.

The project is now being delivered and ready for use in early 2022.
