SCG Urban has been engaged by Winarch Capital Pty Ltd to provide the Civil Engineering Services for their 200-lot residential project in the Whitsunday suburb of Jubilee Pocket, North Qld.

The work involves engineering design for 200 allotments, trunk sewer and water connections to the site and the construction of the St Bees Boulevard extension through to Erromango Dr. Our works include the provision of engineering design and construction documentation required to the Local Authority standards. The project will be constructed over several stages in the next few years.
