Working closely with AV Jennings to provide upfront project investigation services which including understanding the site constraints and development opportunities for the site.  This included the engineering services, stormwater drainage, site topography and review of the geotechnical issues.  Through the investigations the estimate of development costs was formulated to advise the client of likely construction costs.  The coordination with local and state authorities was a critical part of the services provided including the necessary meetings with the water and sewer service provider to enable and understanding on the sites ability to be serviced and staging implications.

The site is located in the Ripley PDA within the City of Ipswich, so understand the properties geotechnical and topography enabled the understanding and advice being provided to manage the challenges of geomorphology and undermining of the proposed allotments.
