Project Management and Technical advice for the City of Gold Coast’s Land Development Guidelines. The City of Gold Coast’s ever changing face of Development saw the Council look to undertake an overhaul of its LDG’s. Engaging with industry and key stakeholders to look at all areas of the LDG was undertaken. The investigations looked not only the technical framework and areas of improvement issues but also tackled the flexibility of the document and how well it was integrated with the City Plan. Workshop session were facilitated to capture all concerns raised, these were then tabulated and prioritised for action by the C of GC.
