The project is a 1.6 km upgrade of an existing rural road to provide access to the Cadence Ripley project which is located in the Ripley Valley west of Brisbane, Queensland. The developer AV Jennings Properties Limited required a sealed access to their residential development project.

Working closely with AV Jennings Properties Limited, EDQ and the local authority, we have provided Project Investigation and Urban Engineering services. This included the detailed design and contract administration services along with coordination of all existing services networks within the road reserve.  We were also responsible for managing all members of the consultant team and the necessary liaison with regulatory authorities, being a critical part of the services, we provided to ensure the delivery of the works and upgrades of public utilities located within the road verges. Construction administration and certification works include preparing tender documentation, superintendent inspections, pavement designs and final RPEQ certification of the works.
