SCG Urban were engaged by Cribellum Management / Ritz Group to provide the Project Management, Urban Engineering Design and Construction Management services to deliver the proposed 49 lots subdivision from the early acquisition phase through to construction delivery of the works.
The site is located within the City of Logan and will look to provide allotments ranging in size from 400m2 to 700m2. The project is in the expanding Bahrs Scrub area with a number of key development projects in the vicinity including Frasers – Brookhaven Estate and Stockland’s – Vale Estate.
SCG Urban have engaged the services of key consultants through Project Management phase to deliver the project with a Change Development and OPW approvals. The programme, to have all lots on the market and to the market by the end of 2019 was achieved on budget.
The project was challenging with respect to site grading and earthworks, but working closely with the Geotechnical engineers, we were able to investigate earthworks options that minimised costs.
