SCG Urban delivered the detailed stormwater drainage design for the 24-unit townhouse development at Glades Drive, Robina.

The system captures roof-water and surface runoff through an internal minor drainage network, discharging to the existing Council gully pit within Glades Drive in accordance with the approved drainage layout.

Given the constrained site and the presence of multiple existing services, the stormwater infrastructure was carefully coordinated with sewer, water, electrical and communications networks. Pipe alignments were strategically positioned to minimise disturbance to existing assets, avoid service clashes, and improve constructability.

The final design delivered a compliant, efficient and well-coordinated drainage solution aligned with Gold Coast City Council requirements.
