SCG Urban has been engaged by Winarch Capital Pty Ltd to provide the Civil Engineering Services for Clearing and Phase 1 of the Bulk Earthworks of the 230 unit retirement Village Site in the Whitsunday suburb of Jubilee Pocket, Qld.
The work involves 11Ha of clearing and 6.6Ha of bulk earthworks.Our works include the provision of engineering design and construction documentation required to the Local Authority standards. The intent will be to undertake the clearing for the entire development area but phasing of earthworks to limit the amount of exposed earthwork until the building works commence for the Retirement Site development.
Our team brings extensive knowledge of the region, along with a keen understanding of the site’s unique constraints & opportunities and a strong relationship with the Whitsunday Regional Council. We are well-prepared to deliver the necessary solutions to achieve the project’s objectives.
