SCG Urban has been engaged by Oxford Heights to provide the Project Management and Urban Engineering Design services to deliver the proposed subdivision.  We have been providing services from the early acquisition phase and will see the project ultimately deliver around 19 Residential allotments to the market.

The site is located within Logan City Council and we have worked closely with Council to address the complex constraints associated with the subject land.  Although in a prime location the site has challenges with respect to flooding and future road widenings of Bahrs Scrub Road, which have been overcome through the early planning phase.

SCG Urban have prepared detailed earthworks modeling of the site to achieve the delicate balance between flood plain storage and ensure the proposed lots have flood immunity and access to the existing road network.  Although only a small development the early approval phase has been extremely complex to address the site challenges.
