The project commenced back in 2008 with the initial park living residential lots coming to the market in 2013 with over 50 allotments being delivered. The estate also has a residential component of an additional 90 lots with ongoing planning submissions being currently made for the balance of the subject land. Undertaking the project management of the planning, engineering and approval process to meet the client objectives has been a focus. Providing engineering designs for the first stages on this challenging site was critical to the projects success. This included working
closely with the contractor for the construction of the roads, drainage and services on steep land. The current residential lots were approved only after extensive negotiation with Logan Council to achieve the clients yield expectations.
